Once upon a time, in a brewery that is now only a memory, Dave provided his customers with freshly made all-grain wort produced in Gartley Station’s in-store brewery. His customers then transformed the base wort into amazingly tantalizing creations by adding adjuncts and specialty hops to their personal copper kettles. Alas those days are gone. The business was moved to a new location and the brewery was sold. What did remain was Dave’s passion for great beer.
Staying true to Reinheitsgebot, (the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516), Dave searched the planet for an acceptable alternative and found one in Festa Brew;
a natural fresh-pasteurized wort prepared from fresh malted barley, hops and water produced by a professional brewery in
Ontari-ari-o.
No additional water or buffering chemicals are required; simply pour it into a carboy, pitch the yeast and three weeks later the result is a fresh and professional tasting product that is comparable to any off-the-shelf micro brewed beer. No mess, no fuss and best of all “no home brewed after tastes”. |
